Wagering and bets
Unless an offer has its own terms, deposit and reload bonuses, the welcome bonus included, have to be wagered 60 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. The usual minimum deposit for any bonus is $25 unless an offer says otherwise. While a bonus is active, your biggest bet is $5 or 10% of your balance, whichever is lower.
Game contribution
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Table games, video poker, live dealer games and all other games count 10%. Bets on doubling and gamble features, as well as low-risk bets, do not count at all.
Balance and withdrawals
Once you accept a deposit bonus, your real-money balance is played first and the bonus money after it. With a match bonus, the most you can withdraw is 10 times your deposit. If you ask for a withdrawal before the wagering is done, you forfeit the bonus and anything won with it. If bonus funds are wagered on games excluded from bonus wagering, we may forfeit the winnings. If you use strategies to meet wagering, such as delaying game rounds or placing bets that are large compared with your deposit and balance, we may revoke the winnings and void all balances. Repeated abuse of this kind can lead to account termination and confiscation of balances. You cannot get a bonus while you have a pending withdrawal.
One bonus per offer

Free spins and free chips
Free-spin winnings carry no wagering unless the offer says so. When a deposit earns you free spins, you need to wager that deposit once before a withdrawal, otherwise you lose the spins, or their winnings if you already played them. If something looks wrong

Your own name
Every payment method has to be registered in your own name, and payments from other people are not allowed. If a check shows that this rule was broken, winnings are confiscated and the original deposit goes back to the owner of the payment account.

Withdrawals
Minimum and timing
A $100 cashout is the smallest withdrawal you can request. Withdrawals by card, e-wallet, crypto and voucher carry no withdrawal fee and usually take 1 to 2 banking days, while bank transfers are typically processed within three business days. The methods you can use appear in the cashier and may vary by jurisdiction, and payout times can depend on the method, weekends, public holidays and third-party providers.
Limits
You can withdraw up to $5,000 a week and $10,000 a month unless a promotion says otherwise, and VIP players may receive higher withdrawal limits at our discretion. Winnings above $10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to $10,000 until the full amount is paid. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full.
Play your deposit first
Each deposit has to be wagered 3 times before the money from it can be withdrawn. If you made several deposits without playing, their total has to be wagered first, otherwise we may charge a processing fee for the deposit and withdrawal.
Checks before payout
Before we pay, we may ask for photo ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours. Inactive accounts
If you stay away for 12 months, your account becomes dormant. Before that we try to reach you by e-mail and give you 30 days to log in. Dormant accounts that still hold a balance pay a monthly fee, and you can bring the account back by logging in and making a transaction. Fees already charged are not refunded.

In the Personal Limits section of your account you can limit what you deposit, lose or wager, and set each limit for a day, a week or a month. Raising a limit takes effect after 24 hours. A loss limit is counted from your initial deposit, not from the winnings it brings.
Zero deposit limit
If you set your deposit limit to zero, a 6-month cooling-off period starts and it cannot be overridden.
Cooling-off
A cooling-off period starts at once. While it runs you cannot deposit or take part in promotions, but you can still withdraw your remaining funds, and your account reopens automatically when the period ends.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion disables your account right away for the period you choose and stops promotional offers. While it is active, deposits and withdrawals are blocked, so to receive your remaining balance you contact our support team, and verification may still be needed.
